For the 4th of July, we went to the Eiffel Tower Restaurant @ Paris Casino
It was a reservation for about 15 people. Some friends from Virginia (Danny and Jon), Tennessee, and California (Amy & Alan). We all had that course menu ^^
Behold: Chef Joho's Tasting Menu
Here's the table set-up: are you guys familiar with what utensils are for what? I was totally confused. That's how often I eat at a fancy restaurant hahaha.
I'm Guessing this is the Brioche made of English Peas
Our delicious wine (so good) here's the name:
Chateau Cheval Blanc: 1er Grand Cru Classer 1997 St. Emilion Grand Cru
Yummy Bread and Butter, they let you pick which bread you want (I usually got the multigrained one)
Slow Poached Maine Lobster, English Peas, Pea Shoots
Cream of California Artichoke Bay Scallops: Before (Just the cream)
Wait... What? That's it?
no that wasn't just it ...
Cream of California Artichoke Bay Scallops: After they pour the actual soup in haha
So they showed us our second wine (because were alcoholics like that)
Shafer 2007 Napa Valley Stags Leap District: ONE POINT FIVE
Pretty good, but first one beats it... Of course, because the price of the first one was 5 times higher.
Olive Oil Poached Halibut, Herbed Couscous, Tomato Basil
Sauteed Medallion of Veal Wild Morel Mushrooms
Classic Creme Brulee: So delicious (probably the best part of the meal)
Credits to my friends Amy and Alan for these pictures. I didn't have my good camera with me because it's too big to carry around and my phone's cam quality sucks lol, so I told them that I would just grab the pics from them.
Rihanna's Concert @ Mandalay Bay
2 nights before dinner, we went to Rihanna's concert. Our friend got us front row tickets. It was so much fun!
B.O.B did Rihanna's opening. He had so much energy in him, hopping around everywhere hahaha
And the Show Starts......^^
The Stage was beautiful, the opening was cool!
Rihanna had a lot of energy too, she came out dancing and running everywhere. She was pretty seductive hahaha.
This picture is beautiful...
She was staring straight at our camera if you look closer ^^ (Taken w/ James' Nokia phone)
The end of the concert was so cool~ all these red and sparkly confetti's flying everywhere.. I had some on my face, hair, in my pockets and even in my purse (forgot to close it).... Feel bad for the cleanup people afterwards @_@
That's not all for the shows... :)
Also got front Row Jabbawockeez @ Monte Carlo.
After chugging some warm exotic beers that Alan bought from Total Wine, we all needed the restroom SO bad but noyone wanted to get up during the show and miss anything because it was too awesome lol.... So after the show ended, we had a pass to go meet them and they told us that Jabba's won't get out until 15 mins from now so we can go take a quick break or use the restroom-- our whole 2 rows went "YESSS~~~!!! *Big sigh*" and everyone all got up and rushed to the restroom hahahaha! It was too funny because I thought I was the only one who felt like that lol. Anyway, The JABBAz were pretty down to earth and cool, I feel like they would be the type of people we would normally hang out with hahaha.. on top of that, they gave us each a goodie bag with a JABBA Tee, Bandanna, and CD with Exclusive songs from the show. They recommended us to go clubbing at Vanity @ the Hard Rock but we ended at Club Haze @ Aria instead (Armin Van Buren Live Spinning Night).
Last But not Least....Club XS
After dinner at the eiffel tower, we headed off to Club XS and got a Cabana. AfroJack and Steve Aoki was spinning that night. I was sitting down most of the time because I was rockin' my new Louboutin shoes and I was breaking into them...My feet just hurt like crazy and at the end of the day, I was just in numbing pain, I was almost in tears by the time I had to get on my feet and walk downstairs inside before the club closes >.< I took them off right away after we got out...
Show them to you guys later ^^
Here's a pic of Steve Aoki (Hurray for Famous Asian Trance DJ ^^)
Flo Rida showed up also (Behind Steve Aoki)
Not to Mention, LiL' Jon (He was cheering this guy on for buying 100 Bottles of Champagne). Why would someone need to buy 100 bottles? That's just crazy hahaha!
My New Louboutin Shoes...
Bought at 3-days-old Louboutin store at the Forum Shop @ Caesar's Palace
These just caught my eyes!
I always wanted spiked heels, but they now come in black spikes:
Christian Louboutin Alti Spikes 160mm Pumps Black
(Alan's Take with the IN-N-OUT) lol
Pic from their website no longer listed though :(... If you bought these shoes at the actual Louboutin website, it would have been cheaper than buying them at Caesar's palace by a LOT because you won't have to pay for taxes, and I think Resorts and Casinos just rev up the prices like crazy... Maybe because of the expensive rent?
That's it for the night... Ended it with good Cigar and Johnny Walker Blue...
By the way.. MIYAVI IS HAVING A WORLD TOUR ^_^ WOOOO!!!
Already got my VIP package in L.A. Oct 21st:
1) General admission ticket
2) Meet & Greet with MYV

(Wish there were assigned seating for VIP like his last concert... that way I can run into Yoshiki and hang out with him again..he lives in LA now so i'm sure he'll be there) kekeke... i'm such a fan girl. Hurry up and get your tickets~ I don't know if the VIP package is still available since the ones in New York got sold out in 3 minutes @_@.
So this past weekend, I went to this REALLY REALLY CHEAP chinese buffet...
I'm talking about $8.00 per person. It's called Pacific Buffet. I really did not enjoy it... I think the best part was my diet coke... I did take some pics though and it only looks delicious in pics hahaha
Didn't finish any of it... Disappointed :(
But then in the evening, I decided to try out LEE'S SANDWICHES. Recently opened... It was the talk of the town so I decided to get in this and give it a try. I like it~ Most modern vietnamese joint I've ever stepped in hahaha.
In Front of the Sanctuary~ Open 24/7 *My New 4am Spot*
In case I get hungry lol
Taken from outside at the Window

Let's Move on to some old pics... This is what living in Las Vegas is all about :)...
Found an old pic from our night of bowling @ Red Rock (me in the back in the fur, I had no bangs at that time yet and my hair was darker)
Whenever people would come to Vegas, they usually just hang around the strip. But many don't know about downtown Vegas... the very first strip that created "Las Vegas and its casino/resort theme" Wayyy before Las Vegas Boulevard (Where the main strip is now)
Giant Slot Machine
@ Crystals, which Cab would you like to take? hahaha jk... they look like cabs, not sure what they were exactly.... they may be cabs?
Vegas Strip ^^
Back to Downtown Vegas...
@ the The Golden Nugget. It's a Shark Tank with a pool surrounding it and you can slide through the tank~ how cool....!
That's it for my Vegas Pics...
Cute Heart Latte @ Sambalatte
And Lastly, A shot of me while in the Car ❤
Btw~ I made some Hanabi for the First time and It turned out successful ^_^
It's Spicy Tuna on top of Crispy Rice. Here's the recipe.
Make Sushi Rice:
Cooked/Cooled Short Grained Rice (Japanese Rice)
Little bit of Vinegar
Add Sesame Seeds to Seasoned Rice and Mix, then mold it into Squares either using a mold or by hand using Plastic Wrap
Make Spicy Tuna
Chop up some Raw Sushi Grade Tuna into Tiny cubes
a little bit Kewpie Mayonnaise
a little bit of Shoyu (Japanese Soy Sauce)
a little bit of Sesame oil
and Sriracha hot sauce til it turns reddish
Fill wok or frying pan with oil, heat it up until hot (use wooden chopstick to test if oil is ready, if bubbles form around the wooden chopstick when dipped in the oil then it's ready).
Fry up the molded Sushi rice until it turns slightly brown on the outside then take it out and place on plate
cut up pieces of Seaweed and place on the rice and top it with Spicy Tuna. You can Garnish with more sesame seeds and finely chopped green onions (chives) ❤
.End of blog. How's that for a long post *Thumbs up*.. Going back to visit family and friends in Virginia, Washington D.C., Maryland and New York (Hello East Coast)~ See me in a week ^_^~ I'm so looking forward to eating at my Fav restaurant of all time - Ninja New York
